Our History
RPM Finish Carpentry is a company specialized in high-quality finish carpentry
services. With a primary focus on the installation and detailing of elements
such as cabinets, doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, and handrails,
the company also offers complementary services like painting, post-
construction cleaning, framing, and flooring installation. It operates across
several states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.

With over 20 years of experience in finish carpentry, Ricardo co-founded the company in 2012 with a commitment to quality, integrity, and precision. His leadership and expertise set the standard for every project, driving the team to deliver exceptional results our clients can rely on.
Angelica Godoy
President/Owner
As co-founder, Angelica has supported the company’s growth since 2012. While she works behind the scenes, her steady guidance and dedication ensure the office runs smoothly and the team has everything they need to succeed.
Marcelo Seiscentos
Project Manager
Marcelo has been part of the team since 2017, managing projects with a focus on detail, coordination, and client satisfaction. Along with overseeing finish carpentry operations, he also leads our cleaning division, including construction cleaning, power washing, and carpet care, ensuring every project is completed to perfection.
Pollyana Oliveira
Client Relations
Pollyana joined the team in 2024 and plays a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. She manages bidding, oversees new deals, and ensures each client’s needs are clearly understood and met. Her communication and follow-through reflect the reliability our company stands for.
Juliana Peralta
Executive Assistant
Since 2023, Juliana has been the organizational backbone of the office. She coordinates daily operations, tracks job progress, and ensures smooth communication across departments. Her efficiency and attention to detail keep the entire team aligned and moving forward.
